Additionally, I started my involvement in the Amdocs Elite Experts program, creating and delivering courseware and knowledge transfers to Amdocs employees.

Senior Portfolio Architect

Functional architect for the entire Amdocs BSS Portfolio, including:
* Designed end-to-end business processes
* Designed end-to-end portfolio solutions
* Reviewed designs from product units
* Designed major portfolio integrations, e.g. BSS ordering => OSS provisioning
* Create and maintain integration documentation
* Major contribution to portfolio information model
* Create and maintain design methodology
* Reviewed test case designs for end-to-end testing

Additionally acted as an innovation agent, encouraging innovation and reviewing innovative ideas submitted to the innovation system

Led the Amdocs Ordering functional design team and contributed towards the functional design.
Initiated design reviews, managed progress with the development teams, and carried out performance reviews for team members.

Senior Functional Architect

Functional Architect

Managed the team that designed and developed the graphical user interface (GUI) for Amdocs Ordering. Included:
* Designing the GUI architecture - Web UI - based on Microsoft IIS and ASP web page framework
* Managing the design and development team of the UI layer (around eight employees), including planning tasks, performance reviews for team members, design and code reviews
* Co-designing the interface between front-end UI and back-end server

User Interface Manager

Functional architect for Amdocs Ordering (AO), including:
* Design work for the AO GUI prototype (Visual Basic - worked with Magen Computing)
* Functional Analysis and Detailed Functional Design (DFD) for the first customers of AO (major European and North American telcos),

With nearly 40 years of experience in the software industry, I have held a diverse range of positions, including Principal Integration Architect, Functional Design Architect, Technical Architect, Development Manager, Development Group Leader, Developer, and Technical Writer. In addition to my technical roles, I have served as a Careers Advisor, volunteered extensively for community improvement, and established myself as a LinkedIn Influencer.

My goals are to work in areas with intellectual challenge, to help colleagues, software developers and users improve their working practices, and to enjoy my life and work.
