Having been passionate about technology from an early age, it has been remarkably fulfilling to build a career in the same field. My professional philosophy centers on the principles of responsiveness, continuous education and outstanding customer service. Currently, I hold two key positions at CMA: First, as the Director of Company Culture, I am dedicated to enhancing both our internal and external experiences. In addition, I also serve as a Solution Specialist, specializing in cybersecurity, data-center compute & storage, and networking. My tenure at CMA Technology Solutions has been incredibly rewarding. The team's wealth of experience, combined with our shared commitment to trust, excellence, commitment, and helpfulness, has yielded long-term partnerships with our clients. I am deeply grateful to work with such a remarkable group of individuals and to serve our wonderful clients. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a devoted resident of Alexandria, Louisiana, with over 40 years of history in the community. I have a passion for reading and running and am an active member of the First United Methodist Church. I proudly serve as the Treasurer of the Tom Peyton Memorial Arts Festival and the West Pointe Neighborhood Watch, and I have previously chaired the board at Alexandria Country Day School, becoming the first alumni to assume this role. My family, including my wife Kellie, and our two wonderful children, Matthew and JT, along with our beloved Shih Tzu 'Moe,' are the cornerstones of my life. My guiding principles are rooted in faith, wellness, personal growth, ethics, positivity, and the unwavering commitment to leverage personal talents to help others. I believe in lifelong learning, showing up, and never giving up. As I reflect on my journey, I'm convinced that the best is yet to come!
