Jonathan Kelley's Linkedin Analytics

Launching his career in 2000 with Lexmark International, Kelley quickly contributed to manufacturing engineering on a global scale. He gained critical experience solving technical problems, completing a master's degree and developing an online problem tracking system influencing world-wide operational work-flow. Kelley was promoted in 2004 to management, leading an inventory planning and manufacturing operations team. Within a year, he was slated to head up a large-scale toner cartridge manufacturing operation overseas. In 2005, Kelley moved to China for a three year stint as Operations Manager, rebuilding the local operations team, supervising production and the launch of five new product designs. The operation achieved the lowest world-wide cost position and he completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. Returning to the USA in 2008, Kelley accepted a position as Development Engineering Manager. He led an R&D team, under strict schedule and budget, to develop cutting-edge technology and a new toner bottle architecture. In 2012, Kelley took a role managing the technical engineering support of Lexmark's highest-end color printer system. He drove costs down on the program and managed a cross-functional team to successfully resolve cross-platform quality issues. Kelley left the laser printing business in 2014 and signed on as the senior manager of production at Alpine Research Optics in Boulder, Colorado. He led the operation, delivering precision laser products to medical, research and micro-electronic industries, including a project for the National Ignition Facility (NIF) at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. In 2015, Kelley accepted an offer from Medtronic as the Senior Supply Chain Manager. After 18 months of successful operational overhaul he was promoted to Director of Operations. After another 18 months, Kelley was promoted to Senior Director, focused on driving efficiency projects across the division.
