Responsibilities included:

-  Launched the Samsung Smarthings platform exclusively to the Australian market - key responsibilities being go-to-market and operations 
- Implemented a number of initiatives across the digital channel resulting in a measured improvement to the customer experience and 10% uplift in conversions 
- Responsible for building out B2B and B2B2C channel partnerships 
- Partnered with digital and marketing to successfully implement campaign activity, and track performance across all channels

I am accountable for driving sales growth and marketing strategies to build market share in the residential division of the business.  I oversee strategy and help lead a team of sales executives and marketing and communication professionals.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive sales and marketing activities across the residential division 
- Grow market share across key verticals and industries 
- Form strategic relationships with customer, new and current vendors as well as distributors. These vendors included Ring, Sonos, Lifx, Kevo, Control 4, Crestron 
- Develop strategic plans for the future direction of the business, ensuring that future technologies and solutions are taken into consideration. 
- Manage all brand and product launches
- Customer retention program working directly with the project delivery team

Key achievements:

- Expanded sales by 25% in FY17 by increasing sales activities with new prospects and static accounts  
- Developed and implemented a customer advocacy program  -’’Urban Guru’ resulting in increased referrals by 30%
- Introduced and managed the roll-out of software platforms (Zoho CRM and Trello task management) to improve the internal operations of the sales and marketing department which in-turn saved individuals on average 10% of their working hours per week 
- Developed and implemented the ‘Urban Talks’ initiative as a marketing and brand awareness program resulting in a 20% increase in new sales opportunities across the business 
- Identified and drove the implementation of the Control 4 platform (end user control system) resulting in a 50% reduction in time required to program customer’s systems along with a 35% reduction on-site visits
- Led the rebranding and repositioning of the business resulting in a 15% increase in in-bound enquiries and 35% higher click through via the website

Heading up the Residential Technology division within the business I was responsible for all sales, marketing, delivery and support functions of the Residential Technology Division, this included: 

Sales & Business Development responsibilities: 
- Responsible for ensuring the sales pipeline was healthy with the goal of meeting annual sales targets for the business 
- Development and implementation of marketing and sales plans for the business 
- Maintaining existing and developing new relationships with prospective clients and customers including architects , builders, designers and end users 
- Ensured the estimating process was accurate and delivered in a timely and professional manner

- Ensured all residential projects were scoped and delivered on time and to budget 
Managed the technical project managers such that key quality deliverables for the business were met consistently 
- Oversaw the critical stages of project delivery including design, rough in and in particular commissioning and handover 
- Maintained a high quality feedback loop from customers on projects 
- Ensured the company’s technical team participated in ongoing training and development to maintain a balanced and relevant skill set for the business 
- Managed the maintenance process post project handover including establishing maintenance agreement with customers when appropriate

Pip web applications allow eCommerce, a variety of graphical links and rich media functionality to be embedded in your images, including YouTube videos, Google maps and social media. Mobion specialised in the design and installation of technology solutions in residential homes. Mobion, through its detailed design process encapsulated client's lifestyle technology requirements and ensured that the entire installation process and user experience was as seamless as possible.
