I have 20 years of experience working in the field of technology, distributed as follows: 4 years as a software developer, 5 years as a business intelligence analyst, 8 years leading IT projects in managerial roles, and finally, 5 years in senior management roles such as Engineering Manager and Vice President of Technology and Business Intelligence. Throughout this journey, I have led the implementation of software development and business intelligence projects in various sectors such as fintech, insurance, and startups, both in national and multinational companies. Some of the projects I have led include software development, the creation of data warehouses and data lakes, and the implementation of systems and processes under Agile. In addition, I have managed technology teams of various sizes, leading a Tech team of up to 186 professionals.
