As part of the founding Crux leadership team have built and lead Engineering, Operations and InfoSec departments through creation of an MVP, Series A and B funding cycles and re-architecture/service extraction program to launch of app.cruxinformatics.com and other IP. 

As the Executive leading all Technology functions, I drive strategic and operational decisions supporting my department's financial success. This includes setting budgets, allocating resources, and making informed decisions to drive revenue growth and cost control.

Leadership role across three functions:
*  Fullstack Engineering team comprised of Platform, Client (UI and Python), Infrastructure and Test Engineering
*  ITSM focused Operations team comprised of Data Pipeline, Platform Support and End User Services Engineering
* Established and build out of InfoSec program including Policies and Procedures, BCP, threat vulnerability, penetration testing, SOC-2 and Escrow
* Customer SLA and vendor contract negotiations

Built an impactful and sustainable Information Security Program in the context of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance foundation.

* ISMS with Board approved Information Security Policies 
* Information Security (GRC, IT, Engineering) function through a pragmatic blend of FTE and Consultants 
* Risk Assessment program using industry-leading assessment and maturity frameworks integrated with Product Management and Engineering teams
* SOC 2 Type II 'no exception' report in 2019
* CIS Benchmark assessment and remediation for Cloud and associated Technology footprint
* Incident Response process, team, and regular TTXs 
* Security Awareness training programs to cater to on-going training and Employee on-boarding
* Vendor management program for Sub-Service Organizations
* OSS risk visibility across Security, License, and Operational views
* Vulnerability and Penetration Testing programs

He co-founded Proga Digital, a low/no-code application development company, and served as the founding VP of Engineering and Chief Security Officer at Crux Informatics, a data delivery and operations platform. He also held key positions at Incapture Technologies, BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, and IBM. Jonathan is dedicated to driving innovation, mitigating risk, and delivering transformative solutions that support businesses in their pursuit of growth and security.
