Senior Manager Sales Operations

Retained my role as operational right hand to the EMEA VP of Sales.
Additionally, I managed the global order booking team and coached and managed another sales operations employee for the North America region (5 people in total).

- Rolled out a program for sales reps to pass small leads to selected partners, to improve scalability and partner loyalty.

- Structured and performed global account reassignments

- Mapped out the booking process and systematically improved all the major inefficiencies

- Rolled out a global forecasting process leveraging the Salesforce Forecasting module

- Purchased and rolled out a data enrichment and sales engagement tool for the EMEA region

- Evaluated and beta-tested an ecosystem-led growth tool for future global use

- Helped my team members grow in their role (3 out of 5 were promoted in this period)

- Worked with our global SVP Sales and with Enablement on a major sales reorg. The goal was to realign all regions around key partners and a single playbook, and standardise sales roles, processes and reporting across regions.

Sales Operations Manager

Operational right hand to the VP sales in EMEA.

- Designed and rolled out OKRs for the EMEA region, and comped reps on them.
Kept tracking them through the year, making strategic recommendations along the way according to OKR results.

- Designed and rolled out a global lead follow up process

- Stood up sales facing dashboards in Hubspot and then Salesforce

- Refined sales onboarding and helped train our inside sales team

- Rolled out "outbound days" for the EMEA region to boost their pipeline.

As Head of Sales Operations, I own the sales process and I am responsible for its continuous improvement.
That means making sure all of our customer-facing teams are fully supported with:
- Playbook and processes
- Sales content
- Training and ongoing education
- Tools 

Day to day, I work closely with the CCO and CEO to push strategic initiatives, I talk to the Sales team to understand the practical reality of their challenges, and I collaborate with Product and Marketing to drive internal alignment.

My main interest is to understand what leads people towards certain actions and decisions, and the impact of those actions and decisions.

Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy the process of learning and growing, be it learning a new language, mastering a new workout routine, or getting new points of view on a topic.
