•	Built relationships with key stakeholders and leaders while  a significant capital project with a budget of over $4 million
•	Mentored and led a group of 11 full-time and over 40 seasonal team members to create collaborative team environments where employees maximized their goals and impacts
•	Prepared an annual budget of $2.6 million, then monitored expenditures and set fundraising targets to maintain budget targets
•	Developed, implemented, and monitored over 100 policies addressing Health and Safety, HR, Communications and Finance to achieve accreditation with distinction
•	Created 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic plans, amalgamation plans, and business plans to support strategic organizational initiatives
•	Established a Salesforce CRM to delegate to a direct report for constant outreach and strategy for volunteer management and fundraising leads
•	Fundraised to grow revenues from $200,000 to $2.6 million through grants, digital marketing, and reorganization to create a dedicated fundraising role
•	Evaluated and prepared reports and grant proposals with values between $10,000 and $275,000
•	Planned ongoing staff development plans and training by surveying internal and external stakeholders, preparing workshops, and gathering team input for REDI practices, on-the-job behaviours and skills development

Executive Director & Pastor - Boundless Vancouver

•	Developed Cross Cultural learning and REDI practices to focus on solidarity and inclusive communities
•	Established a gap year training school in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside to recruit and empower leaders and front-line workers for The Salvation Army globally
•	Led congregations within social ministries, partnering with over 20 churches and groups in establishing a drop-in and training school, including leadership courses

Director of Cross-Cultural Ministries

•	Presented on stage at dozens of events and conferences to audience sizes ranging between 20 and 1500 attendees
•	Developed and monitored Adult Learning Curriculum, Front-line worker credentialling and Development Plans
•	Recruited, hired, and mentored a team of over 30 staff members and over 200 volunteers per year
