Key Accomplishments
- Delivered a large and complex $5m+ RingCentral Contact Centre platform implementation before the legacy platform EOL, saving the company $2m+
- Led a large-scale $2m+ implementation of Microsoft Teams Corporate Telephony platform across 5 countries and 8 different business units meeting strict budget and timeline criteria
- Spearheaded the company-wide implementation of ReadiNow a cloud-based Governance, Compliance and Risk platform to 3000+ staff 
- Managed the company-wide implementation of SAP Concur a leading expense management platform successfully to a very tight timeframe and budget
- Took the initiative to create a suite of standard document templates and processes to optimise project delivery using either Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies across the PMO and seven business units

- Created business cases to a high standard for approval by CEO
- Project status reporting to steering committees for C-suite level stakeholders 
- End-to-end setup and execution of several commercial Tenders up to $5m+ value
- Managed the elicitation, creating and collation of detailed Business Requirements

Enterprise role where I successfully led a large-scale Agile design and build project to consolidate four legacy websites into a single new company website lifeblood.com.au, ensuring that the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Key Accomplishments
- Led a large-scale $3m+ website design and build project for lifeblood.com.au to coincide with the new brand launch

Key Responsibilities
- Managed the creation and stakeholder approval of over 110 detailed functional requirements (JIRA user story format) and also a detailed 20-page Non-functional specification document
- Held a competitive $3m+ tender and successfully created and secured approval on three separate phased Business Proposals for the project
- Managed the creation of a large library of designs, content guides, usage guides etc for use across all Lifeblood digital platforms
- Managed the creation of a comprehensive content strategy including content audit, new state page guide, copywriting requirements, review process, digital content guidelines, user segmentation and tone of voice, component guide, page design guide, copywriting template and authoring requirements
- Created and managed the following project artifacts, Project budget, Project schedule, Risk register, Issues log, RAID log, RACI matrix, Decision log, Monthly project status reports for the Executive, Monthly Project Board reporting etc
- Managed project budget including creating POs, forecasts,  accruals and processing all vendor invoices for draw down against project budget
- Divided project into multiple work streams each with a stream lead feeding into  bi-weekly scrum of scrums to manage workload and optimise project communications

Enterprise role managing the development of the new Member Online Portal.

Key Accomplishments
- Led a large $5m+ website design and build project
