I am a versatile education policy professional equipped with a diverse skill set spanning instructional design, policy research and memo creation, training and onboarding, program and project management, special education/neurodiversity, and brand content creation. My journey through academia has improved my abilities and insights, culminating in a robust expertise that encompasses creating systems, analyzing KPIs for data-driven decision-making, delivering history and diversity instruction, and utilizing storytelling to align and motivate teams and individuals toward success. My educational journey reflects my commitment to excellence and continuous growth. I earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership & Administration and Policy from Fordham University, where I delved into the intricacies of educational systems and policies. Prior to this, I obtained a Master’s Degree in History Instruction from Relay Graduate School of Education, where I deepened my understanding of historical narratives and their impact on education. My academic foundation was established at Brown University, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic Studies, further fueling my passion for diversity and inclusion. My professional experience spans various roles where I have made tangible impacts on educational institutions and communities. As a Learning Specialist & Instructional Coach at PVD Prep Charter School, I developed and implemented individualized education programs (IEPs) for students, fostering an inclusive learning environment. My tenure as a Dean of Students at Paul Cuffee Charter School saw me championing organizational change initiatives and managing programs that positively impacted student behaviors and school culture. At KIPP New Jersey, I served as a Learning Facilitator & Instructional Designer, enhancing curriculum and driving improvements in student outcomes through data analysis and innovative instructional methods.
