HIGHLIGHTS OF MY JOURNEY INCLUDE... *zyBooks* (2018-2022): Entrusted to establish the New Markets business unit. Starting solo with $600K in revenue, I expanded it into a stellar seven-person team boasting $4.2M within four years. We projected a surge to $7M+ in the fifth year, reflecting robust growth rates throughout. Took great pride in further developing growth hacking skills, and ability to create an attractive team culture. *Sapling Learning* (2012-2016): At Sapling Learning, I progressed from an initial role in a budding ed tech startup to the Director of STEM Specialists & STEM Consulting Scientists after its integration into Macmillan Learning near the end of my tenure. During this time, my teams consistently hit Sapling sales goals. My leadership significantly influenced sales growth, team building, and the promotion of innovative science education tools, culminating in co-leading a dedicated team overseeing $45M in revenue.
