- Managed programmes for Fortune 500 and enterprise clients including Nike, Shell and Red Hat, including industry leading onboarding and training programmes for thousands of senior executives.
- Raised €150,000 in pre-revenue investment to develop meetingRoom, an XR collaboration solution from angel investment and Enterprise Ireland (Competitive Start Fund).
- Managed requirements analysis and product development with users and buyers in cross-functional agile teams over multiple timezones in 40+ countries working with digital twins, hybrid collaboration and training.
- Managed ecosystem partnerships including Meta, HP and HTC.

- Secured funding and authored the Immersive Technology Strategy for Ireland launching in mid-2024, supported by Skillnet Ireland.
- Secured funding, authored and edited for The Irish Immersive Economy 2022, April 2022.
- Co-founded the trade association in 2019, to advocate for the immersive technology industry and it's stakeholders, ensuring Ireland becomes a capital for global immersive technology companies and talent. - Worked with current partners including Enterprise Ireland, the IDA and Meta.

Grow Remote

- Set up the Dublin Chapter of Grow Remote, reaching over 150 active remote workers as part of a vibrant and growing movement in Ireland.
- Hosted in-person, hybrid and remote events in Dublin with partners including Microsoft, Dogpatch, Fexco and Tech Ireland and international speakers including RoRemote.
- Advocated for hybrid working to ensure Dublin and Ireland a global hub for enterprise to operate in a distributed format, including calls for tax incentives and hybrid support.
- Managed the community using multiple tools including Eventbrite ChangeX, Facebook, email lists, Slack and Google Workspace.

- Set up the chapter for the association in the Irish and Dublin market including domestic stakeholders including Enterprise Ireland, VRAI, Virtual Reality Ireland and leading Irish Academic Institutions.

-Created marketing strategy and content to engage with global financial institutions.

Blend: Digital asset management on the blockchain. The next generation of payment cards powered with the blockchain. The BLEND blockchain payment card offers zero transaction fees for the merchants and zero exchange fees for the users. NDRC backed.

- Managed marketing and sales development for one of Dublin's top hospitality groups (Triglen Holdings, including Russell Court Hotel, Diceys Garden and Krystle).
- Achieved and exceeded revenue goals every year, as well as winning or shortlisting for major domestic and international awards.
- Introduced social media channels and management including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp and Google, turning the venue's reach from domestic only to international.
- Introduced wifi access for customers, in-house device charging and digital event management including tickets, group bookings and in-house innovation with technology and operations including table management.
- Created external channel partnerships, engaged with partners including Bumble, Diageo, Freenow (Hailo), Apple, the HSE, Uber and multiple marketing agencies and drinks brands.
