With over 10 years of global recruitment experience in various sectors, I founded Propeller Recruitment, a company that specialises in aviation recruitment and offers the best in service in an increasingly competitive market. I hold a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychoanalysis, a CIPD qualification, and a Psychometric Assessor certification from the British Psychological Society. In 2017, I won the National Recruitment Federation Recruitment Consultant of the Year award and the Best in International Client Service award for managing start-up airline recruiting campaigns across Europe and LATAM. I also featured in the Irish Times as a New Innovator in Aviation Recruitment. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, which drive every business decision at Propeller Recruitment. Outside of work, I volunteer with Irish Therapy Dogs, and I visit an acute psychiatric unit in a hospital in Dublin each week with my dog Stella.
