- Customer Service was failing due small staff being overworked without leadership to focus their efforts.  I stepped in to help improve Customer Support Operations and bring it back to a successful place.  
 - In 3 months total tickets outstanding dropped by 58%, open-unanswered tickets went from 106 to 0 and total active working tickets (not waiting for customer or developers) dropped from 161 to 7.

As the implementation Project Manager for business intelligence and database products to customers in Germany, Italy, Poland, Netherlands, Iraq, and the US, further expanding customer base, I collaborated cross-functionally and with client stakeholders to solve critical business intelligence deficiencies realizing an average time saving of 75%.

In relation, managed all aspects of 75+ SaaS and client-server implementation projects at 6 different locations (8,000+ PMI-validated project management hours) ranging in length from 2 weeks to 2 years, with budgets from $20K to over $1.5M. Additionally, I successfully identified process and procedural improvement opportunities utilizing core product offerings that assisted a client in achieving a 95%-time reduction of a critical, recurring weekly task (8 hours down to 15 minutes). 

I also increased revenue by drafting winning $5M contract proposal presentation which expanded usage across multiple business verticals. A major customer was underutilizing product  and within 2 years the customer’s product adoption grew by 300% and regional account footprint expanded by 400%.
