•	Develop the business model, from ideation to commercialisation.
•	Business and financial planning, P&L development and forecasting.
•	Direct the development of an impact-focussed brand and corporate identity.
•	Sales and partnerships lead.
•	Creation and delivery of the go-to-market and communications plans.

Achievements 
•	Secured $250k in pre-seed investment to fund development.
•	Designed, developed and executed business development plan: 
o	Converted 40 partner schools for pilot trial, grew test user cohort to 800 users.
o	Secured $20,000 in partnership funding from EPA.
o	Developed partnerships with aligned organisations, including Keep Australia Beautiful, Clean Up Australia and Take 3 For The Sea.
•	Appeared on Channel 7’s The Morning Show.
•	Led a $140k crowdfunding raise.

This role oversaw the sales function at BioPak in APAC, as well as developing the UK as a new market.

Key Responsibilities 
•	Responsible for sales revenue growth.
•	Management of flagship accounts, focussing on B2B sustainability consulting.
•	Manage, develop and mentor a team of 21, including 2 oversees Sales Directors.
•	Business Process Innovation to deliver an optimised sales function.
•	Joint Business Planning with major business partners, focussing on impact.

Achievements 
•	Oversaw sales growth from $48M to $81M (>68% growth in 2 years).
•	Secured several global brand accounts, including KFC, Coca-Cola, ALDI.
•	Identified major partner accounts for an accelerated growth programme, which involved joint business planning, with strong results: 
- Grew major account - Bunzl from $1.1M to $3.7M.
- Grew major account - Reward from $0.3M to $1.8M.
- Grew major account - Bidfood from $0.8M to $1.6M.
•	Woolworth’s ‘Sustainable Supplier of the Year’ award (2019).
•	Restructured the department to allow for high-growth period, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs maintained.

Marketing lead for Krispy Kreme's $40M wholesale channel in Australia and New Zealand, and managing external commercial relationships.

Responsible for creating, launching and growing and selling the award-winning Nomad brand.

Following a serious accident, my brother was left disabled. His introduction to life as a paraplegic left him frustrated, especially when he was buying products specific to his condition. So we started Nomad.

Keen insights helped develop a solid strategy and I built a compelling story that established Nomad as a challenger brand - we stood for values that differentiated us from our competition. We decided to launch a company that delivered an aspirational, lifestyle brand experience to people, rather than simply selling equipment to patients.

From the outset, Nomad turned customers into brand ambassadors and within a year, Nomad was a loved, award-winning brand with strong, sustainable growth. All major players in the industry now market themselves in the way Nomad started.
