- Establish and lead the firm's internal recruiting and hiring function.
- Manage recruiting agency engagements.
- Deploy and optimize a robust tech stack (LinkedIn Recruiter & Talent Hub, HubSpot, Loxo, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Egnyte & Google cloud services).
- Successfully fill all open positions, including Attorney, Paralegal, IT, Accounting, and Administrative roles.

Marketing and Business Development
- Orchestrate marketing efforts, driving branding and new business development through automated campaigns, trade show & affiliate organization involvement, and RFP/RFQ processes.

Operations
Serve as lead Project Manager for transformative initiatives including:
- Update firmwide IT infrastructure to a remote optimized cloud hosted environment.
- Outsource Controller function and rebuild in-house Accounting department.
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and negotiate contracts.
