Currently leading the back-office operations at Bear Robotics.  My responsibilities cover the areas of Sales Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success, Warehousing, Inventory and Repair/Refurbishment Operations.

Director of Operations

I lead a remarkable group of ~40 individuals covering field operations, warehouse management, repair center operations, inventory management, customer success and other components of business operations for Bear Robotics Inc.  Advises and reports to the COO.

Director Of Field Operations

Led the field operations division as Bear Robotics grew through Series A and Series B stages.  Grew and matured the field team at Bear Robotics as we led the charge towards >25x growth in active robots.  Designed, implemented and co-administered the CRM system shared by Sales, Marketing and Ops.  Field team size increased by 4x.  Implemented onboarding, product and systems education system.  Advised and reported to COO.

Head of Field Operations

Stryker

Responsible for strategic input to the Service organization to increase efficiencies and profitability, primarily for the enabling technologies business unit.  This position reports to the V.P of Service.
•	Serve as a strategic, operational and administrative advisor to the Vice President of Service.  
•	Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating key parts of support business strategy and aligning these with overarching company goals.  
•	Works closely with leaders in other business areas to ensure cohesive practices, processes and protocols are in place to optimize interdepartmental cooperation towards common goals.  
•	Develop new business processes and practices aimed at increasing service efficiency and profitability.  
•	Develops data driven decision making and forecasting strategies, provides other managers with benchmarked data reporting, enabling data driven decision making across the service organization.
•	Track resource utilization and provide transparent, regular status reports.
•	Serves as Salesforce admin with a focus on the Service portal.

Manager of Service Strategy and Planning

Mobius Imaging, LLC

Serve as a strategic, operational and administrative advisor to the Vice President of Service. Developed and grew the support business for the Airo mobile intraoperative CT.  Managed field operations and customer communication for a team of extremely talented field service engineers.
