Meaning 57% of our target audience are customers.

Additionally, 461 more Aussies now have clarity on their property portfolio.

144 of these have been delivered by someone in our team.

Taking us close to 9,500 plans created for Property Investors.

When I say I have achieved everything I set out to, I mean it.

My dream to have a plan in 10,000 peoples hands has almost been accomplished.

The business has now moved way beyond anything I could have achieved on my own.

Gameplans is expanding Australia’s best property strategy team.

We already work with 400+ businesses nationwide, and now we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about property, strategy, and technology to join us.

If you’ve used Gameplans before, this could be the perfect role for you.

What We’re Looking For:
An established property portfolio of your own.
A genuine passion for property strategy.
Strong understanding of the Australian monetary system & economy.
Highly tech-savvy — fluent with AI tools and excited about using technology to enhance productivity.
Aligned with working alongside businesses and clients to deliver real outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering strategy sessions for our partners.
Supporting and managing accounts with some of the best businesses in Australia.
Driving continual product improvement by leveraging new technology and insights.

The Role:
🌏 Fully remote — work from anywhere.
Flexible: start as part-time or contractual.
If you have the skill set to deliver strategies and fit well within the team, we’ll transition you to full-time as soon as you’re ready.

Yesterday, I was on the phone with a close friend.

I could hear the frustration in his voice.

“Jordan, I don’t know which business to focus on,” he said.

“One makes good money but takes so much of my time.

The other could scale like crazy but needs a different kind of effort. I just don’t know what to do.”

He was stuck.

Not because the businesses were bad, 

But because he hadn’t decided what he actually wanted out of life.

So I said:

“Mate, before you choose a business, choose the life you want.

Do you want the Lambos?

The Ferraris?

The big house?

Or do you just want to wake up every morning and choose what to do with your day?”

For me, it’s simple.

Here are my 5 daily intentions:

• Wake up stress-free, no major obligations.
• Learn something new every day.
• Walk the beach, gym daily, ~3,000 cal intake.
• Spend as much time as possible with Family.
• Spend the rest of my day building things I love, with people I love.

Everything I do should take me closer to these, not further away.

And that’s the filter I shared with him:

“Pick the business that gives you the life you actually want, not just the one that gives you more work.”

TechTinkers (Software Product Studio) Q3 Update!

We grew from 2 to 5 devs in under 90 days, across 6 products.

3 are personal apps: Gameplans, Homefront, and a secret new project 👀
3 are client projects, two include equity splits.

One equity partnership has insane potential, I believe we could hit $5–10M ARR in year one. It’s a perfect Code + Media combo (Classic Naval Style).

Key learnings:

AI ≠ Instant Development:
AI is an incredible tool, but it doesn’t magically make software development “instant.”
Yes, AI can write code. But here’s the reality of building real products:
Developers still need to deeply understand business requirements and edge cases before they ever write a line of code.
AI is only as good as the prompts, writing the right prompt is its own skill.
AI can hallucinate or take shortcuts, developers must review every line to ensure it won’t break other parts of the system.
Every new feature needs proper testing: unit tests, regression tests, staging checks.
Someone still needs to manage feedback, prioritize changes, and ship iterations.
Bugs don’t disappear just because AI wrote the code. Deployments, rollbacks, staging environments, all still need hands-on attention.
Lesson: While AI may accelerate parts of the process, it doesn’t remove the need for great developers.

Developers + AI = Force Multipliers:
A good dev using AI is 10x better.
A great dev using AI is 100x better.
Lesson: Pay great developers double the market rate. You’ll still be ahead.

SaaS vs High-Ticket Work:
Its very easy to boost my ego with the revenue generated on high tickets sales (Compared to Gameplans, my SAAS a low ticket) But the resource requirement, time requirements & overheads are polar opposite.
Lesson: I’d still choose my low-ticket SaaS every day of the week

Clients Make or Break You:
Not all client’s are created equal, some are heavily engaged in the process, others just want a finished product, some will appreciate a detailed invoice and pay within 30 minutes, others will critique every line item and take 30 days to pay. 
Lesson: Vet clients early, they shape the entire experience.

Looking Ahead:

Two of our products hit production this quarter.

Q4 is all about finding the best product manager, I am still very much enjoying the process, but there is only so much time in the day.

While Joey is busy over at Gameplan’s building out the Strategy team (We are hire 2 x new strategists currently, reach out if interested).

We are also increasing our onboarding cost on Oct 1st, so if you have been thinking of signing up for a while, now might be a good time to do so!

The biggest leaps I’ve made in business happened in quiet blocks of time.

No calls.
No distractions.
Just space to think and build.

That’s when I get clarity.

Now, I protect those hours like my life depends on it.

Because in many ways, it does.

An empty calendar isn’t laziness.

It’s leverage.
