I lead global talent strategy for teams across the U.S., Middle East, and Asia Pacific while still recruiting for all levels, from individual contributors to executives. I streamlined our hiring process, reducing time-to-hire and improving candidate quality. Additionally, I manage HR operations for our DocLink subsidiary, including employee relations, performance reviews, off-boarding, etc.

Karat Financial

As Karat's first "people" hire, I built the people department from scratch, hired key leadership, and revamped recruiting processes to reduce agency costs. I also implemented DEI-focused recruitment practices and led employee relations, performance management, and benefits optimization. I saved the company $65k a year in benefits costs in my first 60 days.

Working as a staff technical recruiter and have had the pleasure of covering a multitude of roles spanning program management, hardware engineering, and software engineering. I also have supported the hiring of Directors, Sr. Managers,  Principal Engineers, and entry level candidates for our rotational program. 

I also have the privilege of being able to work on and launch programs both with my stakeholders as well as on our recruiting team, and provide mentorship and leadership to others.

Lead / Staff Technical Recruiter 

Working as a Senior Technical Recruiter, my primary role is to support our body structures team. I also was involved in our "TRAIL Program" which was an introductory, new grad program that included a multi-departmental rotation.

Senior Technical Recruiter

I still have the same mission of bringing the best talent to the best A.I. company on the planet! 

I get to lead the team responsible for all of our recruiting efforts from our tech org, to product, non-tech, and even university recruitment, while also still actively recruiting for our senior, director, and VP level roles!

Recruiting Manager

I have the privilege to go work everyday at an AI company, utilizing IP that was first proven on Mars! 

I support our tech org across many roles including:
- Front end engineers
- Back end engineers
- DevOps
- QA
- Data Scientists
- Machine Learning Engineers 

I love working here as I also get the opportunity to work on things outside of traditional recruitment. 

I’ve been able to work alongside the head of software engineering to build out functional groups and completely restructure his organization. I’ve also been able to lead  build out specific policies and process from research to implementation. Last but not least, I have the chance to represent the company at many different conferences across the country!

The Wine Guys

Co-founded a wine accessory company with the goal of creating reliable, sustainable, and affordable products. 
Was responsible for sourcing products, inventory management, pricing models, and distribution. 
Handled the backend side of the marketing shooting marketing videos, advertisements, and photos for distribution.
Designed logos (really proud of that), and infographics along with product photography.
Co-Founder and myself self funded all activities.

Like most recruiters, I had no idea I’d end up in this field. Having been the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Beyond Limits AI to the first "people" person hired at Karat Financial, I have helped develop and build things across a variety of stages for companies in regard to talent acquisition and brought in some amazing people along the way. My passion lies in working with early-stage companies, helping them scale by finding the right talent at the right time. 

I’m particularly passionate about venture capital's role in helping startups get off the ground and thrive. I love contributing to that journey by building teams that drive innovation forward.
