Back in 2018, I had built a $10M book-of-business at the 2nd largest human capital organization in the world... But I was repeatedly faced with the challenges (and reluctance) larger firms have adapting to this evolving marketplace. The best way to channel my passion for connecting top talent with the organizations capable of bringing-out the best in them was to go out on my own. So in March 2018, I made-up a word (Exclusive + Talent = Exclusent) and started the ride of a lifetime! 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 (𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱-𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀) 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. ✅OUR RECENT RESULTS: ✔️ Grown revenue 40% YoY in both 2021 & 2022 through a relentless commitment to providing solutions to our client's complex talent-related road-blocks (almost always beating-out the national firms in both quality & time-to-fill). ✔️ Placed 20 professionals (accounting, operations, claims, & I.T.) contract-to-hire with a leading utilities provider that was struggling to identify and engage talent that aligned with their work-culture (over 50% converted FTE, and all but 2 of the remaining 50% had their contracts extended far beyond initial expectations). ✔️ Built (& Re-Built) the Accounting Departments for two of the most respected Real Estate Developers in Phoenix: For each, first identifying Controllers that aligned with C-Suite's particular needs while consulting on ways thriving Accounting Dept's would create opportunities for additional revenue streams & expand buying/borrowing power. We then worked with new Controllers to fill-out said teams with relevant Staff/Property Accountants & AP/AR/Billing Specialists. ✔️ Partnered with the C-Suite of a $50M SaaS company that's reinventing the tech stack for remote-based workers to bring-on a few key Biz-Dev, Sales Enablement & Ops professionals to execute on a newly launched product.
