Two types of agencies exist…those building AI capabilities and those about to be replaced by them.

If you're not able to have a good tech stack and AI stack, you're going to be out of business.

→ You don't have a strategy for AI (just using publicly available tools, which gives you no competitive advantage) 
→ Your willingness to invest in technology to make your business better and faster is reluctant because you don't have the budget

✅ You're constantly building your agentic capabilities 
✅ You have a vector database and other databases where you're storing all your information and IP 
✅ You're building solutions on platforms that take your operations and break them down into step-by-step processes that allow you to build agents and workflows 
✅ Your tech stacks all talk to each other—they communicate, records align
✅ You've automated everything that could have been automated up until this point
✅ You are trailblazing the next steps in your industry

This isn't just going to allow you to survive.

It's going to allow you to thrive.
