Source and recruit a diverse pool of top talent for Fortune 100-500 companies globally
Build and maintain active pipelines for a variety of industries including: Tech Start Ups, Finance, Corporate, Internal, Non-Profit
Participate in intake calls with to identify hiring needs
Gather and analyze local market data to create innovative and competitive sourcing strategies
Conduct interview preparation to ensure client readiness
Responsible for managing the candidate experience and talent acquisition best practices, including the interview, feedback and selection process, offer negotiations, and extension of offers
Act as liaison between client’s stakeholders, team leads, and HR
Acts as career coach for candidates

Applied Counseling and Consulting Services

Applied Counseling and Consulting Services LLC provides services primarily to adults with autism (age 21 and over) and other developmental disabilities in their homes and local communities across 28 counties in PA. ACCS staff work 1:1 with occasional overlapping of shifts across services to work together as a team. Each individual we serve has specific goals they are working toward and its ACCS’ job to increase their independence in those goal areas and beyond. ACCS provides the following services: Community Support, Behavioral Support, Vocational Services, and Counseling. ACCS serves adults on the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) and ID/A Waivers including PFDS, Community Living Waiver, and Consolidated Waiver.

Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality professionals who meet the immediate and projected needs.
Maintains regular contact with hiring managers and department heads to identify current staffing needs and requirements, projected openings, and potential new openings.
Sources potential candidates through online channels.
Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, video calls, assessments and in-person interviews and/or video interviews.
Takes detailed notes on candidate interviews and move the candidate through the hiring funnel in a timely way, assessing the process for urgency and completeness.
Designs job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and are optimized for candidate engagement.
Created onboarding curriculum for all new hires. 
Orients and onboards new hires through a 3 day training. 
Created a mentorship program for new hires through their first 30 days to increase productivity and reduce turnover.
Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
