Senior Product Manager

Digital River

As the Product Manager of Financial Services, I am responsible for managing the Financial Services product set at Digital River. This includes, but is not limited, to global transaction tax, invoicing, foreign currency and client revenue share determination. As Product Manager, I am responsible for enabling the build, deployment, maintenance and management of financial service products globally. I serve as a part of a larger product organization focusing on Payments, Fraud, Tax, and Financial Service products. I work in close partnership with the other Product Management teams to ensure that the financial service products can support all the requirements of the various Digital River business verticals.

Essential Duties:

•  Product Road Map – maintain an 18-month rolling road map for Financial Service products based on industry driven data.
• Create and present business case justification to Executive leadership team to gain approval for investments in the financial service space
•  Existing Product Support – Manage existing product suite supporting Digital River’s Financial Service needs including training sales staff and external clients, optimizing for cost and operational effectiveness, and determining when to end of life a product
•  Client Support – Work directly with client marketing teams to drive additional revenue opportunities through the Financial Service produce suite.
•  Build and maintain close working relations with internal teams such as accounting, tax operations, treasury, development and project management to ensure products are supporting the global business strategy

At TURCK my main responsibilities are to provide technical knowledge with our network products and assist in research and development. Further, I support our product management in many aspects including, but not limited to, communication with the sales channel, vendors, coordinating necessary documentation with R&D, Manufacturing and Sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Research industry trends and maintain familiarity with competitive environment to identify strengths and weaknesses of our outside sales force and engineers
- Serve as liaison between our sales channel, sales management and project management with new applications and potential projects
- Manage, Design and direct seminars, workshops, training sessions and lectures

Product Owner / Corporate Technical Trainer

At TURCK my main responsibilities were to manage and provide technical knowledge for the network and RFID products along with leading in research and development. Further, I managed communication with the sales channel, vendors, coordinating necessary documentation with R&D, Manufacturing and Sales. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

-  Assist in product development support at the direction of product management. 
- Assist in the day to day operations of assigned product lines by providing in depth technical support, documentation, training, list prices, margin analysis, forecasting, and assist in approvals and compliance processes. 
- Oversee partner management with RFID tag suppliers
- Identify strategies for increasing RFID market penetration
- Serve as the resident expert for the RFID product line; LF, HF, and UHF
- Define focus applications and market segments for RFID growth.
- Worked in R&D, Testing, Performance, and Validation of Wireless Systems
- Actively configured a wide range of PLCs and HMI's from major providers like Rockwell and Siemens
- Work directly with customers regarding; troubleshoot application problems, sales and sample requests, product development and product research  
- Operate and use in house software, online tools specifically in the areas of checking stock, list pricing and delivery information. 
- Organize and track customer sample orders and 0-run orders through Manufacturing. 
- Assist in product development including building new products or customer specific products. 
- Travel to the field to provide training to end users, give product presentations, also to research specific new applications and propose TURCK solutions.  
- Work with a wide range of programming environments to provide programming and troubleshooting supports for our customers.
- Use common production equipment as necessary, which may include wire cutting, stripping, tinning, crimping, soldering and testing equipment.

Product Manager - Fieldbus Technology - Modular I/O & RFID

Accurate Home Care

At Accurate Home Care I served as the lead project and vendor manager for our primary software that  provided billing, collections, marketing solutions, business and development tools, financial reporting and human resource applications. This involved effectively creating and managing realistic project plans for technical and analytical objectives within company standards. I was also accountable for presenting and training 150+ office staff members and new employees on application and software updates.

I assumed primary responsibility for the procurement of a new home care solution software. This objective was to replace our existing legacy systems in order to meet compliance requirements and improve efficiency.

Operated as the primary backup for IT infrastructure and in house desktop support.

Business Applications Specialist

Provided the interface between costumers by processing online service request
Maintained working knowledge of 400+ web based forms supported by the Service Center and assisted costumers with submission of forms through email communication

Routed and fulfilled 50-75 Service Center request on a daily basis and ensured accuracy of data collected

Re-assigned an average of 200+ RSA security ID tokens per month to employees and shipped tokens using UPS CampusShip website in order to complete costumer orders

Enabled and removed iPass for users using Oracle Identity Administration/Enterprise Directory application so employees could access certain programs and websites
