As a Senior Scrum Master at CNO Financial Group, I apply my 5+ years of agile experience and career-long focus on process improvement and team facilitation to support multiple development teams in delivering high-quality products and services. I hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) and Agile Team Facilitator demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. My mission is to empower, enable, and inspire my teams to achieve their goals and deliver value to their customers and stakeholders. I do this by serving as a coach, shield, facilitator, and remover of impediments, as well as by performing administrative duties and assisting with the release management process. I also provide leadership as a Release Train Engineer for Scrum of Scrums, and served as an IT Culture Lead for the IT Division and their international partners.
