Throughout my life, I have developed the art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. I’ve aimed to understand different perspectives from a young age in order to cultivate an inclusive mindset. From continually traveling the world and immersing myself in new cultures, studying internal and external communications, and working in various careers that allow me to hone in on these skills in different ways, I’ve learned that strategic communication is at the core of any successful leader and business. I have developed a passion to establish connections with people by teaching people to communicate effectively and by being the voice of those who cannot communicate for themselves. As a community manager, I do this by instilling confidence in individuals to speak up, ask questions, and make them feel connected. Technology is ever-evolving, and communities challenge us to grow, make space for unheard voices, and work as a collective to empower change.
