Developing people, processes, and systems is what drives me. My career has permitted me to travel extensively throughout the country allowing me to meet, develop, and impact teams success. My talent is building trust and rapport with people at all levels of organizations. This has given me the success to influence change necessary to see positive results. Outside of work, I'm recently engaged to my preschool sweetheart! I care about being active and in shape, whether that's rock climbing with friends in the gym, backpacking the Sierra Nevada's, or hiking for some ME time. We also enjoy swimming in the pool with our two dogs during the summer time.
