About Me: Growing up as the son of a World War II Army Veteran, I deeply appreciated the sacrifices and bravery of our country's Service Members and military Veterans. Although I didn't serve myself, I always felt a sense of gratitude and respect for those who protect our freedom. As I began my career in recruiting, I noticed a significant gap in support for transitioning Service Members and Veterans as they entered the civilian workforce. I saw incredibly talented and skilled individuals struggling to find employment that matched their abilities and dedication. This sparked a passion within me to make a difference. I founded 7 Eagle Group to create a platform that would help Veterans find employment and provide a support system and resources to ensure their success. I also wanted to help America's employers tap into this incredible talent pool. Through 7 Eagle Group, I aim to give back to those who have served our country by empowering them to thrive in their civilian careers.
