-Established and created brand awareness for a new locating service within the Chicago real estate industry 
-Minimized cost-per-lead through marketing campaigns while increasing organic channel growth
-Created meaningful photo and video content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business platforms to increase lead generation
-Worked closely with property managers and real estate agents to source the best deals and maintain property relations
