This has been the most challenging flight. But when you have the best team, there are no impossible skies. 

We went through stricter fintech regulations, higher goals, huge amount of stress, even COVID arrived at my door, but we climbed higher. Made a lot of mistakes, learnt from them and got it right when it counted the most. 
Killed the year plan again.

Online Acquisition Supervisor 

Landing in fintech airport in an underbanked and not-so-tech-savvy country is fun, big fun. 

After a quite challenging and turbulent first flight, and thanks to my great teachers, I mastered the sales skills and became proficient in handling the end-to-end sales process. 

Skyrocketed in year 2 as an individual and as a team with the greatest of honors of leading the pack since the second half of the year. We killed the agressive plan with a great YoY growth. 

And we were just warming up!

Business Development - Mercado Pago

Took this consulting trip to another level and enjoyed every mile of it. I worked with several clients from different industries and had the opportunity to lead an Oil&Gas project from scratch (first experience as a Project Manager). We killed it and gained the opportunity to execute a similar project in Europe with the same client. 

Amazing team culture, it was a second family to me. I was having a blast but a linkedin message arrived with the fintech word in it and well, the rest is history.

Second stop in this trip. 

Amazed to see how strategy and people are more connected than we think. I flew with Business Acumen Airlines, a squad with great collaborators and leaders who helped me understand how the different clients' business levers are effective just if the strategy is comprehended by their people. Also, I gained some programming or coding knowledge (sounds more interesting this way) as we worked with business simulators. 

Hell of a drive to be honest with some business trips to Europe where I enjoyed working with fellows from different countries. A promotion as the icing on the cake as well.

First stop in my professional journey. 

Big4, kind of cliché but it's still real. 

Learned how to master the skill (if I may) of working under pressure. It might be one of the best professional schools ever. I mastered the ability of making great transfer pricing studies and thinking as a consultant (another cliché). Thanks to my amazing leader, I went from a "I can do it all" new member of the labor force to a detail-focused collaborator aware of my opportunity areas but eager for more. 

I would absolutely fly back to this amazing destination. Deloitte is Deloitte.
