Jorge here from Puerto Rico. I'm an industrial engineer that transitioned to sales. It's funny because my grandfather and dad worked in sales, and I studied industrial engineering to get away from sales, but sales didn't get away from me. A few years ago, I grew sales for a startup here in PR from 0 to 3M in ARR (the first Puerto Rican startup in Y-Combinator). Transitioned to working at two venture back startups, Reprise and Offsite. I just finished my MBA + doing some sales consultancy work for startups in Puerto Rico. Happy to talk about how companies' culture affects productivity, Sales, PLG Strategies, GTM, Team Retreats, SaaS, and LATAM's growing sector. Right now i'm happy @ my role in consulting that mixes my background in industrial engineering and my 6+ years experience in tech and sales.
