Process Engineer

Manage new product lunch activities – communicating with customer for manufacturing package.
Sustaining engineering activities, including the support for production teams, root cause analysis of 	manufacturing non-conformances and overall quality support.
Coordinate internal NPI discussion and schedule, overseeing NPI builds and sign-offs.
Act as a liaison between all internal and external parties on product and customer specific engineering issues.
Manufacturing process development including: Work instructions, defining process routing  and Oracle set-up. 	Person will be active in the quoting process.
Create, control and distribute engineering change orders and maintain revision control.
Generate, control and distribute manufacturing process documentation, including Quality plans and  work 	instructions.
Extended knowledge of industry accepted manufacturing, quality and technical standards (IPC, ISO, Lean etc.) 
Must be able to seamlessly switch focus as priorities change in an extremely dynamic and fluid environment. 
Must be able to work within a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Responsible for sustaining engineering activities, including but not limited to engineering changes, product cost 	reduction, interface with Test Engineering for test process development, specify and approve component alternates for Purchasing and managing the applicable areas of the MRP/business system for customer 	BOM/AVL control.

New products introduction (system, manufacturing, delivery).
Assembly documents required for manufacturing areas.
Communication spoken and written with costumers and colleagues from other business units.
Harnesses specialist.
Enter BOMs in Oracle system.
Oracle super user.
Windchill PLM.
Vision MES super user.
Engineering Changes implementation.
Control plans elaboration in team with quality department.
PFMEAs elaboration in team with quality department.
Line balancing.
Layouts.
Customers access to ARENA(PLM).
