-> Launched pre-approved Personal Loans (2012) and Merchant Cash Advances / SME Loans (2015) with annual disbursements of $250MM and $90MM respectively, both programs developed with statistical models to ensure the bank’s expected risk appetite.

-> Reduced delinquency rates by 10-20% (dependent on product / client segment) by developing in-house statistical models for credit origination.

-> Improved write-offs by 5% by leading the implementation of an external credit score.

-> Slashed approval times for Credit Cards from 72 hours in 2010, down to 24 hours in 2012 and finally to only 30 seconds in 2015, innovating with automated workflows and decision engines on handheld devices for the sales force, reducing credit personnel costs by 65%.

-> Automated up to 80% of Credit Card service requests (credit line increases, second cards, additional cardholders, etc.) reducing approval time to just seconds in 2016 and decreasing personnel costs by 70%.

-> Reduced approval time of Mortgages and Autos by 40%, down from 72 hours in 2018 to less than 24 hours in 2019, using new automated credit analysis tools.
