Account Executive

- Own the customer relationship with +130 HubSpot customers, acting as a voice of the customer with Contracts, Sales and Product. 

- Identifying cross and up selling opportunities  

- Provide strategic consulting on customers marketing, sales and service initiatives driving product adoption

- Act as the main escalation point for business and technical issues. 

- Educating customers to help them get the most out of HubSpot’s sales, marketing and service software

Customer Success Manager

- Conduct consultative qualification of prospects for HubSpot Sales process via phone, live chat and email.

- Present HubSpot’s products through calls and chats to potential buyers, recommending customers specific
products based on their Marketing or Sales Ops needs generating opportunities and completing immediate sales.

- Navigate a high volume of product-and sales-related inquiries from prospective businesses looking to learn about the HubSpot platform.

- Responsible for designing the onboarding and training process for new partners on the marketplace.

- Identifying suitable opportunities for partners to help them increase sales, including marketing and content initiatives, a complete rate structure and outstanding availability online.

- Designing new processes for the partnerships department to improve quality and increase efficiency of tasks.

- Responsible for the business relationships with a portfolio of partners in Colombia and Ecuador. 

- Cross-selling and up-selling company products to the partners through consultative sales.

- Increasing the revenue of the assigned portfolio of accounts by formulating their online sales strategy according to the market trends. 

- Acquisition of new partners in different territories of the country helping their accommodations to succeed and
grow in the e-commerce sector.

Partner Account Executive

- Acquiring new accounts in EMEA and LatAm through calls and video calls with the aim of growing brand presence in new markets and increasing product sales.

- Negotiating agreements and partnerships in english and spanish with hotel chains and key accounts for the business.

- Conducting market research with the objective of determining which territories are a priority for business
development.
