The Journey is a global, virtual program where students aged 13-17 meet weekly to gain real-world skills, learn about global problems and launch their own projects.

European Youth Forum

As a member of the Pool of Trainers, I provide training and facilitation services to 100+ member organizations of the European Youth Forum or external partners like the European Commission.

Some of the assignments I've done:
* Facilitated panel discussions with Members of the European Parliament and Commission.
* Facilitated the EU-China Summit in 2020
* Facilitated the European Union Youth Dialogue Conference in Växjo,  Alicante and Ghent, organized by the governments of Sweden, Spain and Belgium.
* Led training on project management, among other things.

Led a series of internal projects coordinating ~20 other faculty, increasing efficiency in different parts of the company, raising the NPS and lowering costs.

I designed and taught experimental courses to help students aged 8-14 become supercollaborators through online, gamified learning experiences.

World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts

Led a global programme to educate 12,000 girls in 9 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean about Climate Adaptation and Community Action through a set of 4 activity packs I co-created and produced.

To achieve these numbers with a constrained budget, I set up, trained, and lead a team of 100+ volunteers to disseminate the training and carry out the activities.

Skyrocket Your Team

I co-founded SYT after winning the world's largest hackathon (EUvsVirus, 20k+ participants in 2020) and 10,000€ from the Vodafone Stiftung, which helped us launch 2 products, used by companies like Microsoft, Wise or Cisco.

I led the product team and designed collaborative games as well as dealt with user and customer feedback that drove our NPS to 90+.

What SYT did:
We provided virtual team-building experiences for distributed teams through online escape rooms and debriefing so they improve their efficiency.

Our escape rooms were designed to trigger emotions, feelings, and situations that turn into learning outcomes about communication and collaboration during the debriefing. Those could be self-facilitated by your teams, or by our professional adult educators.

I led a global educational project in partnership with the Swedish Postcode Foundation and thegoals.org to empower 12.000 young people to learn and act on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

I created and delivered training to 100 country representatives so they would then cascade down the program in their countries.

SDGs Programme Manager

I co-organized Roverway 2018 in the Netherlands: a 10-day Summer Camp for 4500+ scouts from all Europe and beyond.

I led the WAGGGS delegation of 70+ volunteers to successfully organize over 100 workshops during the event.

Programme Coordinator

Europe on Track

Lead an international team of 300+ people in more than 20 countries in Europe to triple our reach from the previous edition, and engage 3000 people.

9 ambassadors. 3 teams. 1 month. 35 cities in Europe. Policymakers and 3000 young people. Workshops, debates, conferences, and more, to raise awareness and gather the opinions of young people in Europe about Sustainability and Climate Change, to afterward advocate for better policies in the European scheme.

AEGEE / European Students'​ Forum

I drove a five-fold increase in fundraising earnings for AEGEE-Europe through new deals with corporate and institutional partners.

Started the NGO on my own, and left my presidency with over 30 active volunteers.
