Delegate of the Emergency Response Unit at the Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise for the IFRC. Participating in the Relief ERU of the Benelux countries. 
- Deployment in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh during the Rohingya Refugee Crisis (Feb. 18 - 1 month)
- Deployment in Sloviansk, Ukraine for the reconstruction of shelled houses (Jan./Feb. 16 - 2 months)

ERU - Emergency Response Unit - Delegate

- Set up and coordination of the Red Cross intranet (Liferay 5.2.3) and the new Red Cross website (Wordpress 3.2.1), including its design and IA (layout and information architecture) and dealing with providers (debugging etc.);

- Handling, developing and monitoring the Red Cross websites, including social media (facebook, twitter, youtube, issuu etc.) on a daily basis, ensuring an overall coherence and reinforcing the Red Cross web strategy (ie: exclusive facebook game for page fans);

- Coordination of a team of volunteers and trainees that support the web projects;

- Advising the communication team and other Red Cross teams on issues related to online strategy, visuals and graphic design (corporate identity, multimedia etc.).

Responsible for the initial concept development, design, and execution of a wide variety of print collaterals for clients in different fields such as, finance, telecommunication, logistics, energy, health, culture, etc. Projects include annual reports, corporate identity, brochures, newsletters, exhibition design, packaging, advertising campaigns, website layouts, logo creation and direct mail. Coordination and follow-up of the work process of a team of three graphic designers, as well as pre- and post-production quality control.
