„Proveržis“ (EN "Breakthrough") is a non-profit initiative that awards a graduate student for achieving extraordinary accomplishments in smaller regions. The achievements don't have to be school-related. In 2023, a self-taught guitarist and musical Tiktok creator broke through in Prienai. The funding helped him buy his dream guitar; now he is part of 3 bands.

We currently award school leavers in Prienai and Rokiškis gymnasiums. Both of the regions have their dedicated prizes of over 1000€

Part of my marketing and product manager responsibilities:
- Communication of the award with real-life events and on social media
- Coming up with contemporary ideas to make the students go "wow"
- High participation encouragement
- Expansion into more schools

Whether it be social media management by making Instagram theme pages and growing them organically, editing videos for Instagram, Facebook, or Tiktok, or creating Shopify websites, and managing Facebook ads for other individual businesses and DTC brands, 2016 marks the start of my journey as a marketing specialist / marketing manager / product developer. Built my own eCommerce business on Shopify. I did the majority of marketing management and product development for nearly 2 years. The business had over 650 customers and did over 25 000€ in revenue with x4 ROAS in under 18 months, with only Facebook and Instagram advertisements.

I was a manager of 4 freelancers who helped with IT and customer service. Building this business has significantly improved my business development, time management, and Facebook advertising skills.

Dojoko

Dojoko is a startup that aims to be the student version of LinkedIn. During the course of the 3-month internship as a social media marketer in this startup, I was responsible for:

- Using Canva and Photoshop to create posts for social media channels;
- YouTube and Instagram content idea generation;
- Cross-team communication.

I learned about social media marketing management and product development, as well as collaborating with international teams remotely.

I've been helping brands tell their stories in a fun and engaging way! I truly think every brand's got a unique tale to share. I'm here, excited to spread it through videography – in my humble opinion, the coolest way to get your stories, messages, and values out there.

I created social media marketing videos for a fashion brand el Tados Mados for their YouTube, Tiktok, and Facebook pages, as well as a PR video for UAB Ulus for the event Fashion Bazaar.

Not only that, I was an active participant in national contests that required videography knowledge and have won:

- 1st place Skaitmeninis Moksleivio IQ, sponsored by Samsung (2020)
- 1st place „Rinkis teisingai – dirbk legaliai!“, organized by 
State Labour Inspectorate (Valstybinė Darbo Inspekcija)
- 1st place in a fashion-related video concept competition with the video "Madodromas"
