software deal for Dell Finland. I left the company with deeper relationship with major resellers
of my sector and a few new frame agreements.

Joined Nervogrid to strengthen their cloud infrastructure direct sales as a Key Account Manager. During the first months I made several new customer acquisitions and was promoted to Sales Director after 6 months with the company. The last months with the company I was in charge of running Nervogrid Solutions, a newly founded subsidiary focusing on cloud solution sales in Finland and the Netherlands. Do Good Brew and Outo Restaurant will be present at Ruokamessut 19-21 of April! 🍜🍻

We will have our brewery’s event debut at the premium food fair of Helsinki the weekend of next week. 

As the only brewery solely focused on food-pairing the only logical option for us was to partner up with our dear friends from Outo Restaurant. 

We’ll have a joint booth where Juho Saralehto will serve four delicious dishes from Outo’s menus for which we’ll have matching beers. 

The pours will be 15cl so it’s not too much to even test all the combinations while touring the event!

There will also be three other restaurants on the fine-dining side of the event accompanied by twelve wine providers making us the only brewery on that hall (all the other breweries are located in the casual food hall) so if you’re at the event, please ask beer pairings for other dishes as well!

Do Good Brew x N4ku - Rice Beer 🥖 🌾 🍻 

Late last year we heard Valtteri Sinkkonen and his team were working to open a Banh Mi place. Valtteri has a background in working in multiple fine-dining restaurants in Helsinki and he also run the forest restaurant Nielu a few years back so we knew this is going to be something special.

When they launched in pop-up style we went to check them out. Needless to say, the food was amazing so we offered team N4ku a beer to match!

N4ku's vision was to have a beer which is like "Asahi on steroids" so we were confident our rice beer will live up to the task.

Our Rice Beer has 50% of the malt replaced with rice which makes it very hard to brew and ferment but also makes it properly taste like rice! It's hopped with Sorachi Ace to finalize the luxurious "Japanese lager" type taste.

Ruokamessut done - what a blast! 🍻

Last weekend Friday to Sunday we had our event debut by attending Ruokamessut, a new gastronomic fair, together with our dear friends from Outo Restaurant. 

Even though this was our first event and ours and Outo’s first (but not last!) event collaboration, everything went pretty flawlessly. 

We had great interaction with both consumers and industry people. 

Although being the only brewery in the fine-dining area surrounded by more than half a dozen wine suppliers we were successful in selling beer pairings to more than 80% of the customers buying food from Outo which is pretty remarkable achievement. 

We also got great face time with the restaurant people serving customers at the event and we agreed two new collaborations on-site!

The best memories for me will be smiles in the faces of people who said they don’t drink beer at all and after couple of tasters from us they agreed that they will be drinking Do Good Brew from now on 💪🏻🎉

This was a true team effort so I want to thank Juho Saralehto and his team for teaming up with us and believing in our vision ❤️

I had the opportunity to participate in a travel seminar by Nurmijärven kunta and share Do Good Brew’s story this Monday 🍻

The first ever seminar of this type was organized by the request of the new state counsillor and former prime minister Matti Vanhanen. 

The target for the event was to discuss how to raise awareness and grow tourism for Nurmijärvi, the largest municipality of Finland. 

After the panel led by Matti there was three entrepreneur speakers out of which I got to be one and share our experiences and plans for Do Good Brew. 

Based on the feedback, the audience were inspired by our target to be the worlds best food-pairing focused brewery in the years to come 🍻

We also provided a tasting of two of our beers, the Outo Spiced Apricot Beer and our beer-cider hybrid with organic juice from Båda Farm we brewed for Restaurant Grön last autumn.

I will be speaking at the local travel seminar by Visit Nurmijärvi at the beautiful Röykkä Resort next Monday!

This is the first seminar of it's type that Visit Nurmijärvi hosts and there will be a line of interesting speakers like Perttu Pölönen and Ari Siivikko plus a panel moderated by our former prime minister Matti Vanhanen.

The event will take place at Röykkä Resort, a new venture by Jari Pitkälä, Jasper Pääkkönen and others to transform the old jugend style mansion originally built as a hospital to a new place for people to visit at Nurmijärvi.

I will share our entrepreneur story of how we are building the first fine-dining and food-pairing focused brewery located in the original factory of Suomen Hiiva at Rajamäki.
