Advised and implemented the technology stack adopted by the application development team.  Built internal applications supporting a variety of teams to help increase team efficiency and reduce costs.  Some highlights:

- Built a custom directory solution for ~$150k to save the client almost $1,000,000
annually in licensing fees.
- Integrated multiple entitlement systems to create a 50% reduction in help desk labor costs around entitlement requests as well as extensive backend automation.
- Developed an Excel plug-in that allows financial users to retrieve and update data directly from custom designed workbooks
- Built an LLM-backed chatbot using internal knowledge bases to enable end-users to self-service requests that would generally be handled by the help desk.

freestyle.dev delivered software solutions for the memorabilia industry.  Offered a suite of software solutions that simplied and improved the credibility of both the authentication and sale of memorabilia.

Advised and implemented the technology stack to update a mobile clinical study App.  By a tight 3 month, end-of-year deadline, migrated the existing App from an outdated technology stack and added a CMS solution that is now saving the company over $10k / study.  Continued to support the solution until the company was acquired.

Led a team to develop a big data solution for delivering credit alerts to consumers utilizing Agile techniques and a cutting edge technology set.  Employing stateless architecture techniques and NoSQL technology to achieve a scalable cloud-based solution.

Viverae®

Worked directly with C-level executives to successfully integrate a disparate platform from an acquired company into the existing member portal platform.  Led a team of developers in the organizations first Agile initiative.  Tackled performance initiatives to improve user experience by reducing response times in most cases by more than 50%.  Re-architected the retrieval of digital health data to improve user experience by updating device data more frequently.  Aided in the transition to a more service-oriented architectural approach geared toward cloud-based deployment.  Developed a mobile companion application and an SPA  that will utilize these services to provide a seamless user experience.

Led a large team to develop a cloud-capable credit monitoring service stack utilizing Agile techniques and a cutting edge technology set.  Employed stateless architecture techniques and NoSQL technology to achieve a scalable cloud-based solution.  In addition, rallied to deliver an integrated home evaluation service in under a month when the business had extremely tight timelines.
