As a Scaling Up certified coach, my role is to serve as a trusted advisor and partner for the company's leadership team. I specialize in helping businesses navigate the challenges of scaling a business and achieve sustainable growth. I bring expertise, tools, and a structured approach to ensure the effective implementation of the Scaling Up methodology.

One of my key responsibilities is strategic planning. I work closely with the leadership team to develop a clear and actionable strategic plan that aligns with the organization's vision and goals. This involves setting objectives, identifying key initiatives, and creating a roadmap for execution.

In addition to strategic planning, I also provide execution coaching. I assist the company in implementing the strategic plan by offering guidance and support to the leadership team and employees. I help set priorities, track progress, and ensure accountability throughout the organization.

Performance measurement is another area where I provide support. I help establish performance metrics and measurement systems to track the company's progress towards its strategic goals. This includes identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing a system for regular monitoring and reporting.

Team alignment is crucial for success, and I work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment and cohesion across the organization. I facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, identify and resolve conflicts, and promote a shared vision and culture.

Process improvement is also a focus of my work. I help identify and optimize critical business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. By analyzing existing processes, recommending improvements, and assisting in implementing changes, I contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Directed a team of 3 people, while coordinating the efforts of the risk and structured finance team, having the following achievements:
- The youngest manager of the entire company.
- Designed a CRM program that improved/accelerated the integration of dissimilar data (constructed differently).
- Proposed two new business units that were approved by the Board as the two pillars of the diversification strategy.
- Through a binomial tree technique, secured a 70% optimization in the classification and management of credits.

Head Risk Managent

Directed an analyst while supervising and validating the reserves calculation, analysis of the portfolio default, analysis and calculation of risk metrics having the following achievements:
- Designed a new model for potential credit defaults; the management of financial provisions improved.
- Implemented Big Data and Machine Learning resources to increase the value of our consulting services.

Risk Specialist

Generated the risk calculations for the mortgage’s portfolios and the analysis of portfolio default, non-performing loan analysis, and calculation of risk metrics having the following achievements:
- Researched and applied a methodology that improved the valuation of the equity of Mortgage-Backed Securities.
- Rectified the form in which a mortgage loan portfolio was modeled thus improving its performance considerably.

Senior Risk Analyst

Calculated the contingent labour passive for different companies, valuation of pension plans, turnover assessment, and benefit harmonisation, having the following achievements:
- Due to changes in the core operations of a client, designed a new methodology to anticipate employee turnover.
- Applied a mixture of decrement tables to correctly asses and forecast employee turnover in different clients.

Actuarial Analyst

Validated the risk model for the bank for the portfolio of the accounts of fixed income, retail and mortgage having the following achievements:
- Enhanced the calculation of the legal reserve required by Canadian Headquarters and Mexican authorities.
- Audited and analyzed the accuracy of the risk models; proposed improvements to increase their reliability.
