Led the planning & organization department, which was composed of 6 students and the team created 62 events during 2022.

Ideated and pitched an MBA Consulting Project focused on digital transformation, AI tools, and sustainability within the Financial Sector, resulting in winning the "Best Project Runner-Up" in the project competition.
Worked in a multidisciplinary team analyzing current global trends and generating AI-driven solutions. 
The presented project was a market intelligence tool that gathered, organized, and analyzed diverse data to generate up-to-date AI-driven insights for optimizing strategic decisions.

●	Supervised budget management, people analytics, project tracking, and internal processes enhancement.
●	Developed and supervised the training´s team. Handled various providers for the trainings required. In 2021 trained 68% (221 people) of the company with 1 subordinate.
●	Reduced payment process monetary costs (34%) and organized data by implementing and testing a HR ERP with payroll. Also, prepared and created proposals to drive digital transformation using waterfall methodology.

Elaborated KPIs, procedures, and productivity measurements facilitating statistical analysis for supervisors and upper management.
Ensured proper functioning of technological system with Dekra Insight (USA), ACHS consulting tool provider.

Enhanced transparency of monthly financial statements by creating and implementing a new provision method in cooperation with Management Control Area.
Implemented macros, reducing validation payment processing time by 10%.
Responsible for the budget analysis, provisions, and payment.
