I am a skilled automation engineer with extensive experience designing/developing automation systems for industrial applications, maintaining electro-mechanical/electro-pneumatic systems, and creating embedded technologies. I have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an advanced diploma in electromechanical engineering technology. I have a background in industrial automation and control engineering, with experiences in wiring and programming Allen Brandley and Siemens PLCs, programming ABB and FANUC robots for industrial applications, designing/developing embedded systems, and creating control designs using AutoCAD Electrical. I am an expert user of RSLogix 500, and Studio 5000 for programming Allen Brandley PLCs, TIA Portal for programming Siemens technologies. I have experience with industrial communication networks like PROFINET, MODBUS TCP and RTU, PROFIBUS, and Ethernet IP. I also have project experience using VTScada and Ignition Scada software for monitoring and control of dispersed automation systems. In the past, I have worked as an installation analysis engineer, performing SURF installation analysis, designing and analyzing mooring patterns for 7 Antares during pipe-lay operation in shallow water (IDOHO-QIT) oil field production, and providing deployment (splash zone & landing) analysis support for the safe installations of offshore structures.
