•	Lead and direct the schedule and performance of the STORMBREAKER Architecture and Infrastructure team on staffing, training, operations, workforce management, budgets, sub-contracting, and technology integration. 
•	Provide subject matter expertise to USINDOPACOM J5 for data management, network architecture and deliberate plans in development of the STORMBREAKER capability to build capability inclusive of adversary and friendly unit composition, and disposition informing Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) enabled, digitized Joint Operational Planning Tool (JOPT).
•	Develop strategic solutions for the integration and deployment of system components in a hybrid cloud environment ensuring interoperability with other Department of Defense and USINDOPACOM operational capabilities and datasets. 
•	Coordinate with high level stakeholders to include USINDOPACOM senior staff, Component Commands, OSD, other Geographic and Functional Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, vendors, and subcontractors to execute a well-coordinated project while guiding and mentoring a diverse team to maximize skills and knowledge to achieve exceptional outcomes.
•	Utilize operational and intelligence information at the Unclassified, Secret and Top-Secret SCI levels to assist in the development of the STORMBREAKER capability which will fully inform senior leadership of theater conditions and COAs that can be applied.

• Cultivated cybersecurity as a key tenet in development of architectures, leveraging technology and implementing safeguards against 100% of emerging threats while partnering with key stakeholders.
• Delivered 24x7/365 theater operations awareness ensuring 100% assessment of mission assurance leading the Joint Cyber Center in accelerating collaboration, decisions, and mission effects.
• Conveyed vision and strategy for data delivery and infrastructure contracts worth more than $1M providing stewardship of budget while achieving the balance between security and operational risk.

• Led a staff of 130 military, civilians, and contractors across seven unique functional areas.
• Oversaw a broad portfolio of multiple, simultaneous programs, planning, advocacy, and mission coordination for command, control, communications, and computers (C4), operations security (OPSEC), military deception (MILDEC), military information support operations (MISO), space, electronic warfare (EW), and cyberspace operations.
• Steered the cybersecurity posture, manpower, training, and financial resource management across multiple organizations ensuring 100% delivery of projects on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Developed the strategic analysis directing the planning, advocacy, and coordination for cyber operations supporting 86K personnel across the Pacific.
• Directed classified, unclassified, and coalition networks, successfully integrated cybersecurity as a central tenet of operations, resulting in no failures in 100% of cyber readiness evaluations, supporting large information technology modernization efforts.

DISA

• Led 500 military, civilians, and contractors in six locations including foreign countries operating and defending the Department of Defense network providing oversight of foreign national programs.
• Supported contracting actions, utilizing financial, budgeting resource allocation cycles, and processes to close out budget meeting 100% of target focused on capital planning and investment control.
• Developed a global operational planning methodology conducting broad global executive stakeholder engagement meeting unprecedented acquisition and fielding timelines for materiel capabilities consisting of satellite, coalition networks, defensive cyber, network operations, and cybersecurity.
• Directed the nomination process of critical assets and mission relevant cyber terrain identifying key shortfalls and prioritized mitigation strategies enabling mission assurance with 100% mission success.

First Marine Aircraft Wing

• Led 25 military, civilians, and contractors in the management and integration of requirements, budgeting, and acquisition for information technology and cybersecurity enterprise services. 
• Drove executive engagement across multiple organizations advocating for foreign emerging technology requirements resulting in 100% frequency approvals and resource allocation.
• Established a culture of growth and career opportunities coordinated with cybersecurity industry to identify best practices, resourced career progression for 100% of cybersecurity workforce.
• Directed classified, unclassified, and coalition networks, driving tactical to strategic implementation.

8th Communications Battalion

• Led 1250 military, civilians, and contractors in the management operation of information technology and cybersecurity capabilities consisting of communications, space, terrestrial, and enterprise services.
• Exceeded expectations managing $164M of equipment, attaining 100% accountability, 98% preventative maintenance, and 100% operation validated with external inspections and operations.
• Drove advancement of support to expeditionary and international teams, established 80 positions for multiple deployed locations, delivered information technology and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Conducted concept and capability development, operational planning, cybersecurity risk assessment and mitigation, policy development and implementation.

Headquarters Marine Corps

• Led the C4 Vision and Strategy Division to develop, communicate, implement, and assess the strategy for the Marine Corps Information Environment.
• Developed C4 strategic objectives in alignment with the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and Commandant of the Marine Corps.
• Shaped C4 strategic communications through a single focused message enabling C4 to influence enterprise force development priorities.
• Implemented a development and lifecycle management process for the Marine Corps Information Environment Strategy focused on assessment and implementation.
• Influenced rapid technology insertion and coordinate strategy objectives and priorities to inform the planning, programming, budgeting and execution process.
• Served as the C4 lead for the Marine Corps' Strategic Engagement Working Group, ensuring cohesion of C4 strategies and initiatives across Headquarters Marine Corps.
• Led the development and publication of the Marine Corps Information Enterprise Strategy
• Implementation Planning Guidance, Strategic Communication Plan, and framework for Information Assessment Plan setting the foundation for the first comprehensive roadmap directly aligned to C4 core enterprise capabilities.
• Enabled the synchronization of the C4 community, Marine Corps wide, in its approach to bring forth effective enterprise capabilities.
