In my current role, I manage a wide range of projects and events, including webinars, training sessions, and curriculum design. I am responsible for the development and scheduling of training rollouts for diverse clients, focusing on areas such as anti-harassment, DE&I, and change management. My role involves overseeing the creation of impactful courses for both onsite and virtual environments, with a strong emphasis on custom solutions and leadership development. Previously, as a Learning Solutions Manager at the AMA, I was the primary contact for all learning content and project delivery, enhancing the customer experience across onsite and public programs. I led the Management and Human Resources portfolios, including the 5-Day MBA course, Sexual Harassment Prevention courses, and Diversity and Inclusion training. My contributions included developing engaging content, providing market insights, and collaborating with both the marketing and sales teams to tailor training solutions to client needs.
