Fellow

United States Army Special Operations Command

Provides day-to-day strategy and operations support to the commander: Partnering with cross-functional teams to lead support on strategic and operational initiatives that enable organizational goals across platforms and areas of operation.

● Leads critical analysis and recommendations on highest priority topics and initiatives related to training and operational activities.

● Develops clear, simple, and persuasive internal and external communications to collaborate with mission stakeholders.

● Operates internal knowledge management systems providing accurate data/information to leadership, enabling organic evaluation of operational processes, and eliminating redundancies across teams/platforms.

Senior Operations Manager

Leader of a 16-person Special Operations Team; collaborating with strategic partners, NGOs, U.S. Embassy/Department of State, production, development, design, and operations to build new products, processes, and growth plans in order to facilitate strategic objectives. 

● Articulates and owns vision, strategy, KPIs, risks, and operational plans for both new and existing products; aligning product priorities with the broader U.S. government objectives. 

● Identifies business/industry trends in the collaboration space, scans competitive landscapes, and analyzes market data to develop product strategy objectives.

● Collaborates with cross-functional teams across the Department of Defense and Department of State; synchronizing internal product strategy execution with external strategic stakeholder objectives.

● Executes by owning the outcome for the product, setting and measuring meaningful benchmarks for success, and balancing strategic execution against the vision and roadmap.

Product Manager

United States Army

Plans and executes a communication strategy for an Engineer Battalion consisting of over 700 Soldiers conducting contingency operations and theater security cooperation programs in the Pacific Area of Responsibility.

Other responsibilities include:

● Advises the Battalion Commander on themes and messaging. 
● Assesses opportunities for improved public relations. 
● Plans community outreach events. 
● Responds to media queries. 
● Provides media training to Soldiers and subordinate units.

Program Manager - Public Affairs 

Second-In-Command of a multifunctional logistics unit. Directly responsible for training readiness, administrative actions, and the welfare of 92 Soldiers and their Families. Directly oversees the maintenance plan and sets repair and service priorities for vehicles and equipment worth $14.2M total. Acts as the Billing Official for a supply and services budget of approximately $480,000 per fiscal year.

Operations Manager

Distribution Platoon Leader in a Forward Support Company. Provides transportation and distribution of water, fuel, ammunition, and general supplies for the Battalion and its 6 Companies. Oversees personnel and equipment readiness in order to accurately forecast and prioritize movement requirements. 

● Responsible for the training, technical proficiency, health, welfare, and readiness of 24 Soldiers spanning three different occupational specialties. 

● Supervised and set priorities for the maintenance plan of cargo vehicles, trailers, tactical vehicles, communications equipment, and other equipment valued at $7,327,733.

Logistics Manager

Responsible for coordinating and executing personnel and cargo movements of an engineer unit consisting of 1,194 Soldiers and approximately $163 million of vehicles and equipment. Supervised every detail of deployment and redeployment including air, ground, and sea movement plans, hazardous material transportation, container inspection and documentation, and load requirements/plans.

As a seasoned interpersonal leader, adept problem solver, and special operations veteran, I bring a distinctive perspective and skill set to the table. My professional passion lies in cultivating and guiding teams to address intricate challenges with innovative solutions. Proficient in Product and Operations Management, Partner Relationship Building, and Communications, I am enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact in the private sector.
