I am an instructional designer with skills in project management, UX/UI design, and employee enablement. 🇵🇦 For three years, I tutored Spanish and Portuguese to service representatives and business executives at the Provo Missionary Training Center. I helped them achieve their language goals using SMART goals, personalized study plans, and ACTFL principles. This experience helped me recognize my love for learning and performance improvement. 💼 I worked at Trackland as a project manager and a UX/UI designer. I used Notion, Salesforce, and Figma to manage and create projects. I enjoy content creation and organization. 🎓 A master’s degree in Instructional Psychology and Technology (IP&T) at Brigham Young University has enabled me to apply instructional design theories and program evaluation methods to various projects and contexts. As an intern with BYU-Pathway Worldwide, I developed technical training materials for 50+ managers who oversee 3,000+ service representatives. As SharePoint admin, I organized and managed 200+ training articles and resources. I collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to create learning experiences that enhance performance.
