I worked closely with local executives and leadership to ensure they had the tools and resources to run efficiently and effectively. 

- Managed a team of nineteen that includes in-house association management consultants, field representatives, an executive networking group and membership services experts
- Served as staff liaison to two leadership committees charged with shaping association strategy and governance
- Provided management expertise to local and state executive officers, members and staff

•	Created and launched GREEN BUILT Arkansas, the state’s first comprehensive sustainability program.
•	Improved recruitment and retention ratios during the housing downturn by focusing on member value.
•	Lobbied successfully against the implementation of impact fees by local municipalities.
