Ultimately I had to walk away from business life for health concerns.

Early adopter (1995) - Built a web based company that generated its core revenue from a Membership Subscription base, followed by Sponsorship & Advertising, then Merchandising. 

Developed a Micro-Niche site to learn how to monetize a site of this nature in 2007. 

Throughout my career, I've led the charge for several clients helping them on a multitude of digital initiatives, providing end-to-end support to clients across design, user experience optimization, marketing strategy, advertising, and direct-to-consumer sales. 

A true pioneer in the digital frontier, I ventured into the online realm during its nascent stages, recognizing its unparalleled potential to disrupt and reshape the global marketplace.

Based on experience gleaned from my company Race City Managements Sports and Entertainment unit, I conceived Imecksports.com, a micro-niche destination "news" site catering exclusively to one local high school athletic conference. This pioneering endeavor provided invaluable insights into niche content development, social media amplification, and ROI optimization strategies tailored to targeted online communities.

As a true trailblazer in internet entrepreneurship, I founded USGF.com in the early days of the worldwide web (usgf.com 1995-1997). Operating amidst a digital landscape in its infancy, USGF.com emerged as a premium, membership-driven platform within the golfing community, offering a treasure trove of information, exclusive discounts, and product offerings. Following its acquisition by venture capitalists, my continued consultancy contributed to the successful launch of a prominent travel website, cementing an enduring legacy in the digital realm.

Leading a team of 65 professionals, I steered Race City Management to meteoric success, forging strategic alliances within the business community from local entities all the way to multinational corporations, cementing our status as industry frontrunners.

•	The entertainment arm, RCM Sports & Entertainment, produced captivating multimedia content that aired across broadcast television, cable networks, local/regional cable systems, and digital platforms, amplifying brand visibility across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions.

•	Not content with resting on our laurels, RCM Sports Marketing capitalized on the popularity of the motorsports landscape by leveraging NASCAR race team sponsorship programs, guiding companies to dominate the fiercely competitive arena.

Additionally, in Race City Management’s formative years, I undertook consulting projects to bolster family income and leave an indelible mark across industries:

•	Teaming up with a sports entertainment magazine publisher, I assisted in launching a new title centered around NASCAR auto racing, facilitating advertiser and sponsor relationship development and editorial support.

•	Collaborating with a packaging, shipping, and material handling organization, I oversaw an operations overhaul, catalyzing revenue growth and profitability.

•	In my capacity as Vice Chair at the Community Housing Development Corporation, I led efforts to advance affordable housing initiatives and foster community development. Advocating for sustainable and inclusive housing solutions, I was able to have an impact on the organization's mission.

•	As Chairman at Progress Avenue, a sports media non-profit organization promoting the charitable activities of professional athletes and the foundations they started that encouraged youth sports participation and were committed to community engagement. Here are some key achievements:

•	Orchestrated the management of a multi-state region with a multimillion-dollar P&L and substantial CapX budget. This involved overseeing media sales, news and entertainment programming, project management, government regulation compliance, and permitting & licensing for both broadcast television and cable operations.

•	Championed comprehensive employee management strategies encompassing recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance management. This exemplified my dedication to nurturing top-tier talent and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

•	Spearheaded corporate sponsorship and partnership initiatives, securing and maximizing sports marketing and promotional opportunities within the following leagues; the NFL, PGA, NASCAR, and the IRL.
