Senior Instructional Designer and e-Learning Specialist

I led Training and Development efforts across the Southeast for 500+ employees at multiple client sites. Client sites span various industries including; Healthcare, Law Firms, Financial, and Insurance.

Senior HR Trainer

I led the development of CBPS training programs focused on sales, operations and site leadership. In addition, I led the development of the Operations Leadership Development Program focused on developing agile leaders to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. These programs were critical in helping sales, operations and site leadership to understand the business, drive revenue and spot future opportunity.

I trained and coached other trainers in the facilitation of learning experiences at a national level. I designed and facilitated training in soft skills, management skills, and customer service.
