•Designed, developed, and integrated the supply chain organizations, processes, and operations for unybrands’ portfolio of ecommerce brands to scale from 4 employees and 5 brands to 25+ employees and 20+ brands in 18 months.
•	Led the category supply chain operations team with responsibility for ensuring inventory continuity, placement, and end-to-end cost efficiency supporting $100M+ in ordered product sales (OPS).
•Implemented peak preparedness roadmap to support 5x lift in demand from Holiday 2021 to Holiday 2022. Achieved YoY improvements for in-stock position while simultaneously reducing per-unit storage costs and post-peak overstocks through improved forecasting, deployment strategies, and cross-functional communication with brand management and marketing.
•Co-lead department re-organization to streamline operations and reduce brand level supply chain administrative costs with projected 18% cost savings.

Site Leader (DRT8, DRT9)
•Accountable for the safety, engagement, quality, productivity, personnel development, and execution of a best-in-class customer experience for a 400k sq. foot final mile delivery station. 
•Led team of 8 salaried Managers with responsibility for 150+ hourly associates and matrixed responsibility for an additional 4 support functions representing an additional 35 employees.
•Achieved 45% improvement in cost at current station through implementation of control mechanisms and reporting focused on productivity management and scheduling efficiency. Station reached 97% to benchmark and led the sub-region of 15 stations for 8 consecutive weeks.
•Improved worldwide scorecard ranking 103 spots representing a move from the 3rd quartile to the 2nd quartile of 500+ stations worldwide in 6 weeks after assuming responsibility for the site.  Ranking driven by improved performance for safety, quality, customer experience, and employee experience.

Site Leader - Station Operations Manager

Lidl US

•Led regional human resources function for regional team of 1500 exempt and non-exempt employees representing store, warehouse, and office-based roles.
•Developed a team of 3 hourly administrators and 2 salaried specialists to execute the administrative and tactical components of the full employee life cycle for our business partners from talent acquisition to employee separation.
•Improved hourly employee payroll accuracy by 18% through cross-functional process improvements to HRIS time keeping system and SOPs.

Regional Human Resources Manager

•Represented 1300 employees across 35 stores, 4 states, 1 distribution center and a regional field office.
•Improved regional employee net promoter score by 28 points to achieve first positive eNPS for Lidl US.
•Developed global record keeping and reporting process for employee disciplinary process and concerns. 
•Reduced open case time by 40% from five days to three days leading to improved employee satisfaction.
•Stabilized employee fluctuation and increased time in role for hourly associates by 1 month.

Regional Employee Relations Manager

Logistics Manager – Warehouse Operations (April 2017 – November 2018) 
•Supported market launch of Lidl US and opening of the first two distribution centers representing 1M sq. feet each including building fit-out, SAP system set up, associate hiring, training, and operational oversight for distribution center and original 10 store openings.
•Responsible for daily operations of order fulfillment and returns for 28 stores representing over 300% growth volume over 5 months.
•Management oversight of 7 salaried team leads and 100+ hourly associates including responsibility for scheduling, development, succession planning, disciplinary action, and task execution.

Logistics Manager – Future Leader Rotational Program (December 2015 – April 2017) 
•Completed leadership development program designed to develop talent pipeline to successfully launch Lidl in the United States.

Manager - Warehouse Operations

DICK'S Sporting Goods

•Managed performance of 60+ truckload, intermodal, and less-than-truckload carrier partners representing $95M+ in annual spend.
•Exceeded network scorecard metrics for carrier performance by an average of 2.5% for on time pick up, on time delivery, acceptance, and status updates,
•Created and oversaw fixture delivery program including carrier procurement, shipment planning, execution, and administration. Achieved $229k in savings through the first 8 months of the program.

Assistant Manager of Carrier Performance and Non-Merchandise Logistics

•Responsible for validation, operational execution, and training development as the lead business analyst for Transportation Management System (TMS) upgrade.  
•Achieved 100% EDI compliance for 60+ truckload, intermodal and less-than-truckload carrier partners. 
•Developed reporting requirements to produce SQL reporting for financial and operational performance
