In reflecting back on last week's the Innovation Network Gathering, I have seen it go through a very interesting evolution since the beginning. And while I feel it still needs to find its true voice, I always felt a strong positive intuition around the potential value it can bring. 

As such, I kept nominating high value folks to it each year, some who keep coming back and continue to shape the conference for the better. (Y1: Christina Fawcett, Y2: Brad Hightower, Y3: Laura O'Donnell, Y4: Erika Talbott)

There is definitely no other event like this in the clinical research space. Very curious how this event will unfold in the coming years. And I will keep nominating the best people I know. Keep going Jeff Smith Jedd Chang and crew! Of course thanks to Shawn Blackburn for creating this movement from the jump!
